Picture Compression in Threads

Is it just me, or are the forums somewhat compressing images posted in threads? Not when the image is re-sized to fit the borders of polycount, but when you enlarge them to the "original" size, they are losing detail, I've been noticing this as of late... its kinda weird.

Anyone else seeing this, or I am just be a silly beutch.

I tested what I think you mean by going to the direct image of this picture http://farazmobin.com/comiccon/13.jpg (posted in this thread) and then taking a screenshot of the enlarged image in the thread and flipping between them in photoshop. I couldn't see a difference if that's what you meant?

I'll put up a screen in 2 seconds, but it looks like the polycount enlarge feature is making the pictures a bit bigger then original resolution.

I used the eyes as anchor point.

I'm using firefox... and it could be that (I really hate firefox now a days, stinks!)

I know its small, but it is very noticeable to me, I was looking at my friends scene that he posted (I was looking at it all morning in his room) and it was sharp, then posted on here it seemed blurred out... I don't really know if this can be fixed on Polycounts side or not.
