I was really impressed with how GRIN was able to put out 3 visually impressive games in one year with BC, Terminator and Wanted. None of them compelled me to a purchase, but it was still a feat that pointed to a bright future. I'm sorry to hear it didn't work out.
how the hell does this happen? triple A-producing talented studio with big license after big license titles, and still it can't keep afloat? tragic day for Swedish game development, worse still for the industry as a whole!
Really sad to see Grin go Bionic Commando Rearmed is such a good game. Didn't get to play the remake of Bionic Commando. I can't help but think that their last few games which were movie tie ins didn't do them any favours.

I really wonder what's gonna happen to their engine. It seems quite impressive, I just hope some other studio continues developing on it.
Goddamn, one of my favorite developers... and one I could point at, smirk and say "Yeah, that's what you get in awesome Sweden."
Hope everyone finds jobs elsewhere... They're an insanely talented bunch, all of them.
so many people out of work because of wrong management decisions..
and BC rearmed was awesome..
Best of luck to all those affected
I've had some awesome almost 3 years here now.
I will miss it
they were one of my faves...

yup getting this too.
This is a really horrible case of douchebaggery and I would gladly kick everyone responsible for this in the nuts.
The old square didn't print that much money, but damn I liked their games and themselves better.
Sorry to all the grin guys. But then again, I guess at least something good has come out of this - Bram's at blizzard
I always dreamed of working there one day too.
That story about Square sounds like some really backhanded shit is thats true.
