Hello Poly Count!!!
So this is my first time posting anything on this web site.
Background - I have always loved games so a few years ago I made an attempt at art school. After graduating I found out that the rest of the world was really really REALLY good at the 3D thing I was learning for the first time. So I did what a lot of folks do and did the QA thing at Activision for about a year. Worked around the office in a few different departments and ended up back where I started - No closer to a 3D job what so ever - So I spent the last few months updating the formula and working on some new 3D business.
I really enjoy Environment Art so my focus for the next few years will be on establihing a core set of skills (3D Studio Max 9.0 + Photoshop CS3 + Mudbox or ZBrush + Unreal 3 = Career).
That is my theory anyways - I am here to have you guys tare my work apart and give me the blue prints on how I can put it back together - Bigger, Faster, Stronger.
