..well maybe not exactly wow style, but almost. I rarely make game models anymore, but I reap the benefits of being unemployed, so why not supplement my time with my annual art post at polycount. It came out a lot more grim than intended, but that's ok. The wood parts could have used a little more love, but I ran out of patience.
564 triangles with a 512x512 texture. Maybe I'll create a little particle effect for the mouth.

the paintjob on this came out nice, i really like the pseudo-reflections and how the skull blends in with the metal.
