It was custom made by user qubism, you can see it here: DerGraph (nr. 16 & 17).
My guess is that it is not available in any font format.

I love the thread title. Sometimes when I talk on Messenger, I end up looking away from the screen, or sitting with my keyboard at a strange angle, or typing while standing up on my way to the kitchen, and the message gets all botched and mangled... and sometimes I just can't bear to retype it, or something I'm so amused at how terrible I am at typing, I just leave it that way. Often I'll just continue the message with "I'm not going to backspace that" followed by what I actually meant to say.

This seems like the same kind of thing. It's so screwed up it's funny.
