Hey there,
I made this: Female Super Hero base mesh, as a starting point for the Comicon Challenge over at GA.
I thought I would share it with the PC community, and hopefully others will find it useful.
I call it a "super hero" base mesh because of the unrealistic proportions (she's about 9 heads tall etc.).
But I think it's good for making appealing females.
Oh, and if anyone has suggestions about the base mesh, I'm all ears.
Enjoy!

Sorry about that, I should have tested the mesh in mudbox or zbrush before I posted it here.
There was a bad loop in the quad area which I fixed,
The mesh was not centered on the 0,0,0 axis so symmetry was messed up. I fixed this also.
And the eyes where attached. I unattached them so they are apart from the body, so they can easily be hidden.
I updated the link for the download of the fixed .obj mesh.
So if you downloaded the first version, for the love of god don't use it!...
This version should work correctly... phew.
