Hey guys, sorry for posting my work in progress however I'm stuck in a rut and i don't really know how to get out of it.
The question I have is how do I get to sculpt the hand without the hands deforming. it seems whenever I'm on the edge of the fingertips it warps like crazy. (also there is way to much geometry on hands)
thank you for your time.

welp, think I found your problem!
...Otherwise a good start, keep studying anatomy along with pictures of bodybuilders I've also found help pretty nicely. Also, about the hands/feet deforming turn down your smooth brush a bunchload, and try fixing things with magnify. Do not use inflate or it will intersect polygons even further. Also, try to avoid using the move tool unless you have it set to a low intensity and are at an extremely low subdivision level. Move tool usually fucks small shit up like that real good.
(Ps feel free to crit)
Its a good start, but spend an hour in the library or a book store or google and gather your reference and revise
edit, also may be a good idea to post larger screenshots
Some face reference for the future
Ok first the MatCap Gray one is umm progress, and the reference i'm using is from http://www.anatomyed.com/Male_Muscle_Anatomical_Figures.htm
Question i got is the face typology that I have isn't really great for sculpting a head and i was wondering if there was any way to graft the face i have on the other side onto the head and alter its edgeloops. (see figure with duct tape)
Next question i have is that is there any way to go to subdivision 1 and import it into maya to build toes for the feet? and the import it back into zbrush but have the higher subdivision levels? thanks a ton!
Rage face out!
Ps: sorry for the smaller images i've been taking screenshots and then cuting and pasting them in photoshop. I tried rendering in zbrush ealier but still havn't figured it out ><
