Seeking entry level animator

I'm looking for an entry level, ( perfect for a collage student looking for there first gig to brake in).
Must be familiar with Character studio/ max 2010, editing and cleaning up motion capture BVH files.
I will state that the pay is very low, we have a very limited budget for this project, but, this is a payed position.
