Refining rotation in photoshop

Is there a way to set the value of rotations in photoshop CS4 (using gradient tool/transform etc) other than 45 degrees? Ideally 5 or 10 degree increments would be ideal.

you can always type in numeric rotation values on the top of the screen, i don't think this is possible for a gradient but you could always just create one and rotate it the way you want it

Make it into a Smart Object, then you can Transform it all you like, losslessly.
