Hi i'm Self learner Newcomer in 3d World
& i joined this forum because it have a great & professional & active community .
So i'm asking for advice & tips & what things that i have to look after it or avoid it.
Now to main Question When i read in people post in fourms i found people use Sub-D modeling for making models for games .
Now do they use sub d model then convert it onto polygons isn't that will cause a high poly numbers ??
& is nurbs modeling is used in Games modeling too ??

You almost never feed an engine your sub-d high poly work. You almost always create a much lower poly version that is pretty well optimized and render out maps that capture the high poly detail.
i know that game engines only render poly meshs but it was new to me to use sub-D or nurbs then convert them to poly.
Its also a nice technique for dividing the mesh in order to pull out more details (thats for example how zBrush works).
Retopo or retopology is mostly the other term when it comes to creating back some low poly models for the real time engine with the same surface and volume of the high poly model.
