Zbrush help

I tried exporting a head model from maya 8.5 to zbrush but when I did I found that the ears of the model would not transfer. For some reason they are only visible from the back. would anyone happen to know how this problem occurred or how I could fix it. I have included an image of the problem bellow.

    I imagine you modeled the ear and head separate of one another and then attached correct? In maya, if you click the head and under the polygons tab go to Normals > set to face it should highlight the reversed normals, you can then go to normals > reverse and it should flip them around. Should be all good then! Also, Zbrush can display normals facing in both direction by going to display > double sided( i think thats it) but its better practice to just fix it in maya. Hope that helps!

    Just tried that out. It worked perfectly. Thank you very much for the help. Who knows how long I could have been stuck there.
