probably won't finish this in time, but wanted to get some practice.
figured out i would give this thumbnail concept thing a try, never really done that before

I think numba 1 is the most promising.

worked on the concept for a bit, but i'm not really getting anywhere with it yet.

I think right now it feels a bit boxy and segmented. You should have some larger surfaces that go uninterrupted and establish the major forms. Right now most of the pieces are around the same scale, which makes the design hard to read.

did 2 more sketches, then tried a different approach. thanks for the help so far

It's coming along! You may want to poke around with the proportions to make it feel smaller relative to the pilot though, right now it's about proportionally halfway between a hoverbike and a hovercar. Keep at it.
