apart from missing a few bits i think thats the shizzle, not keen on the colour though, grey on a grey background draws my eyes to the axis in the corner, fix this

Thanks Shep i'm fixing that problem now. Here's my tutorial on how I created this screw. If anybody see's a better way of creating this type of a screw i'm all ears.

Almost done just need to add a few bolts. Been having a bitch of a time with the front dome of the scope. I cant seem to get rid of this side pinch. Usually I use the planar constraint option in Max to cover stuff like this up, but is there another way?

if you add another loop, you should be able to slide this edge back and fix the problem

should you not be able to move the edge back without having to add the extra loop? as that might add a weird definition to it..

The extra edgeloop will be to keep a good definition of the corner, if I am not mistaken.

Welp I'm calling this done. This was a challenging piece for something that looked simple. Thank you earthquake and perna for your help, and I did restructure the front dome part of the scope and pinching went away.
