Hey guys, It's been forever since I've posted
here, university semester is finally over and I have time to
start up a new personal project!
The Witch Doctor is a cheeky nemesis of Scooby Doo and gang
in one of the early episodes.
The character weighs in at around 1,500 triangles, and is aimed at being
cartoony and stylized in theme with Torus Games Wii title :

Here is my reference board
Here is the base mesh
I'm looking to recieve crits on the base mesh at the moment,
then I'll move on to unwrapping and texturing

Here is the unwraps, fastest unwrap to date, only 4-5 hours!
Now on to texturing
Storm the front!
I figure although the mask is perfectly flat in the cartoon,
I would take some lenience in adapting him in to 3D which is
why I curved his mask.
Update! : Here is my first pass on the texture
I only mention this, because I know if I could whack off 4 hours + in development; I certainly would.
BradMyers82 : I just use planar unwrap with chuggnuts unwrap tools using
3Ds max lol, I should really get into 3rd party programs

Ok so heres the second pass on the texture, Crits always much
appreciated! One more pass then I'll rig him and make a beauty render!
