I'm just starting out in game-based 3D development as I've been involved in technical visualisation for a number of years. Great forum from what I've seen so far - I look forward to contributing to it as I learn more!
So err... this is my activation message? I'm looking to start making stuff for the DOTA2 workshop and generally develop skills for 3D modelling, animation, art etc. So far all I have is some rudimentary skills with blender, but I've got a couple of months free so I can hopefully make serious progress.

Hi!, I'm finally getting around to putting myself on Polycount, I love what a great source of information and critiques it is. I'm a recent game art grad and will be posting my work up here. Here's the last level I design before I graduated from school!
College student studying all aspects of games design before going to university in September to study game art design. I love designing then creating environments using a variety of different software.:)

I don't suppose many people read this thread, but I'm a spare-time wanna-be artist looking to dip my toes into 3D/game art etc.
