In summary for those who don't want to bother with the video, Go-Z appears to be similar to ZappLink but for geometry. From the looks of it, with a single button press, you can send a model from say, Maya, straight to Zbrush and back again without dealing with importing or exporting. Also, any texture painting you do is converted to texture maps, normal maps are auto-baked and imported and applied in your modeling program. Apparently you can also edit topology on the base mesh and shoot it back to Z with a single click.
Hmm, looks very impressive. If it works as advertised of course. Could be a tremendous time savings. Odd that they aren't supporting Max.

Pixologic is only releasing these ones early because of the next Mac update for zbrush. Which is in June.
So the lucky mac users will get GoZ before we do >_M
