Flight Control
Sway
TaxiBall
Peggle (I know I"m late to the party on that one. When's the Plants vs Zombies iPhone port coming?)

Got these two myself and also Drop7 which is really impressive.

Also wanting Plants vs Zombies as well after playing it on Steam last weekend, and considering it looks like Peggle has sold really well so far on the iPhone then hopefully it's just a matter of time before they bring Plants vs Zombies to the platform.

Heard many good things about Trixel as well.....so that'll most likely be the next game I end up purchasing.

John Carmack did a revised port of Wolfenstein 3-D for the iPhone.

Zombieville(side scroller), Geo Defense (Tower Defense). Keep your eyes open for a remake of Archon as well coming soon.
