Hey all this is my online portfolio! I hope you all enjoy it.
This is my High res version of my ATST. All the modeling was done in 3D Studio Max. The model took about a week to complete.
This is the ATST re-surfaced down to 10,276 Polys, with the normals baked and applied to the model. I did take this model into Z brush to put in some minor details, dings, and battle damage. The idea is that this ATST has been fighting off the rebels even after the death of Darth Vader and the collapse of the empire.
Normal map baked using 3DSMax

Wire Frame of low res
This is Gears of War style tank modeled after the centaur. The gun is a litte shorter and the front armor stronger for close range combat.
all modeling was done in 3DSmax. I will be taking the tank into Zbrush as I did the ATST. I will also change the tires and put more plateing on it.
This is a Gears of War style wall peice. I imagen that it would be embeded into a rock face along with some more wires and jazz.
All the modeling was done in 3DSMax. I will also take the wall into Z brush.
Thanks everybody! Comments are welcome!

Also when showing wire frames show LP with Normals applied and have the cage slightly pushed out from that so you cant see through the model. Makes it hard to see what actually is there when you can see through the model.
Great tetxures, great normals. The highpoly looks amazing!
I'd love to see a bake of that door though.
I like the ATST so far because the textures look good. I am not a fan of skydome renderings as they wash out all the normals and edges and make renderings appear muddy. Maybe check out this thread:
http://boards.polycount.net/showthread.php?t=60887&highlight=material+rendering
for a material rendering tutorial that better shows technical details and imo. is better suited for technical model renderings.
Awesome work man
