I sure do. one of my guys has like three or four weapons. ONE of which is worth using. The more weapons you unlock the less the chance seems to be of them drawing the one you want. I wish I could just throw out all the ones I don't want.
And yeah, nothing matters in this game... You can have higher stats, better weapons and a ton of crazy perks but still lose against lower level characters several times in a row just beacuse everything your guy does is completely random. I don't even see the point of having stats in the first place. It'd be fun if you could pick new attributes and perks upon levelling up, but now you can't even do that. It becomes very boring very quickly.
