He was a normal human child from a birth until he wasn't strike by the lighting. Since then he feeled strange power within him, that gives him ability to control lighting strikes, or any other electric charges. Costume designed by himself simplifies control of electric charges and allow to consume energy. Moreover this costume has some protective abilities.
Weapons: Can strike enemies by electric bolts using his mind force. Beside that has magical Tesla Mace that can generate electic charges of terrific power.

Perhaps replace the headpiece on his chest with the polycount logo?

Modeling start:
I noticed that a couple of the winning pieces had a similar weapon. This character could actually achieve bonus awesome factor by dual wielding maces! (Because of handlebar mustache / originality factor) Keeping his chin up or jutting forward slightly could also prove interesting.
Try it out! Good luck man, this is a winning figure.
The moustache looks not so cool. I hope to comouflage it by planes with alpha.

Yes, his weapon based on а lightning ball. May be I will replace the tesla mace by a tesla hammer.
