Alright this is my first post and I should have done this sooner but I wanted to hold out for my concept to be final.
So heres the plan.
Im making a demon prince and the idea was to make it resemble a daemon type creaure but with the physiognomy of a humanoid (upright posture, clear neck line etc).
I made Mesh A using the concept below. It still had strong beast like features so I tweaked it into Mesh B.
His demon features are now basicly horns and a tail, for the time being.

Im still tweaking the base mesh.
-Added hands and face
-Played a bit with the horns
-Started to define layers of armor
Nothing in this mesh is cast in stone though, especially the arms.
So heres the final mesh complete with weapons and all, the polycount is 9800 some tris.
I played a bit with the face and added more pieces of armor.
I also started baking normals for his gauntlets, they will bare the polycount logo.
