After juggling around a few ideas and doodling leaf monsters i went with demon prince in some fancy armor. Not sure about weapon type yet, need to sketch some heads too.

I'm thinking a mix between #2 & #4 with the flaps, colar from the #2 norms?, extra sets of horns etc.

mix 2 and 5 man and go crazier in the silhouette , dont be afraid to break it , since your quebie ur free , like DOAKES and Dio brando. Fuck.

Thanks dudes , i figured it would be a quick way to get the brain juices going! Kicking around armor designs and zbrush sculpt.

His face is really hard to read, but his horns look really cool. Also his hands look bigger in proportion compared to the silhouettes (I prefer them smaller a bit)

I like the left armor design too

Yeah the head is just sketching @ level 4 for now, i didnt like the side view much. I agree, i probably went too far with the scale of the hand.

Thanks for the kind words , long time without an update...

-Tightened up the anatomy.
-Taking another direction with the head, still just a sketch.
-Rescaled the hands, i think this works much better.
-Scaled horns / lost one set of horns

The head was looking a little busy, I like the new direction. The feet need some work, though they just looked roughed in anyway.

Yeah, though the elongated hoof design is totally cool. Makes him look like a strong runner, solid character design.
