Hello everyone, This is my first time entering DW. I'm looking forward to having alot of fun making my model. Ive been really busy, thus I haven't had a chance to upload some of my concepts which I've been coming up with.
This was my original idea/ concept:
I wanted to go for a Succubus/Fire princess-queen-lady-thing. I've been playing around with ideas, as to what i want her to look like / what items and accessories she should have.
So far this is what I've been thinking:
Wings- Dragon-esk wings
Skin- Either completely lava, or partially lava with some human (burned) flesh. By lava skin she would be primarily composed of lava and her top layer of skin would be a cooled lava layer making it a black color and it would be broken up by cracks in her exterior cooled lava layer revealing inner lava/fire which burns red through the cracks.
Human face with a mask of fire which hovers in front of her face rather than on her face. This mask would look like horns/evil eyes.
Clothing- Playing with a few ideas where her clothes would be cooled/hardened lava, or possibly bones.
Weapon- Been thinking of a Scythe of fire, or possible a fire whip which she can conjure.
Anyhow enough talking from me, here is my most recent concept WIP.
I am still in the process of drawing out her clothes/armor/weapon and still not 100% on which face i should go with. I was leaning towards face 3.
I would greatly appreciate any comments, suggestions, and concerns involving any issues I might encounter.
i love the idea of u making her skin lava and some burnt flesh, would look awsome =D but pls no whip, go with the scytche =D On the last pic i really like the "boob-covering-can i call it cloth?" stuff, it gives her a more godess look I will enjoy seeing some progress on this =D
Tank! Glad to see you're on-board for DWIV. I like the direction you're going with this character. I've gotta agree with Madame, scythes are cooler than whips. For the mask of flame why not make it a masquerade style mask. Usually I think those are lame, but if it were made of fire...
...anyway, good luck, hopefully we'll see more from you soon.
Scythe, definitely scythe. I second the masquerade idea - something that fans out a lot on the sides with the flames resembling feathers would be really cool-looking. Face 3 is definitely the way to go.
The shoes look a bit silly - can't really see a fire-demon succubus rocking some rubber crocs, lol. I'd go with bare feet, or like a sort of thin-lace thonged sandal kind of thing.
Overall, pretty good concept! Look forward to seeing more!
