Going for a bat-like demon lord that's going to be attached to two floating stones .. stone of mercy and stone of malice ..

Nice, I like the bat-face idea I'd suggest playing into it more and really bring out some of its features, like the ugly yet awesome bat-snouts I also think you should keep the ears in, they're a crazy shape and really add personality.

I am liking the hips you have on the concepts, maybe try pushing the waist in a bit more to exaggerate them.

Just an idea! Be watching more of this one I like the simple design of it so far, and can't wait to see what it will turn into at the end.

If you are going to be making him a bat-like demon lord, I'd experiment further with the ears. Ears are crucial to bat, critter, thingies. Standard horns don't say "Bat." Big, crazy, ornate ears say Bat.

Along the lines of what Richard Kain said the nose is usually i big part of a bats facial structure too, lots of bats have crazy ornate noses that look really cool could be fun to play with as well

I've got to say he doesn't look much like the concepts, which are awesome and full of character btw.. He looks generic, and bland in your last post. I hope you've got plans of trying to push him further in the sculpt.

hey man that's a pretty solid form, and I see you've started to add the details.
can't see much but from your last wip it looks like there's only skin between the wing sections, but generally bat/demon wings have thin limbs like parts in the middle and the skin stretches between them.

i see you've started the entry a bit late, nevertheless it's still great to see this sculpt come alive, best of luck with your entry !

this should be fun, keep at it but yeah you will want to add some of your own character and flair in there it looks like its pretty much heading in this direction at the moment

that's coming along really solid.
i like what is going on with the wings and how the arms got worked into it.

i might want to see the legs get played down a bit. smaller in size or less muscles. make him more top heavy ( similar to the direction of your sketch)

can not wait to see the hi-level details.
keep it up and stay focused. you can finish it!
