Here is my initial concept. I'm going for a Dr. Orpheus/Strange look that blends the theme of post apocalyptic with clock work. His minion (Chronophage) is still incredibly rough, but I was envisioning a clock work mantis or other insectoid that would literally eat time and deconstruct the particles it consists of to allow the Doctor to manipulate time to his liking, rendering his enemies into nothingness!
Updates will be slow... I'm crunching right now so I'm spending the majority of the day at work getting ready to ship an mmo. Hopefully crunch will ease up soon so I can really crank this out.
C&C are welcome as well as draw overs etc.

"Both machines and norms have the mystical power or technology to correct the crisis, unfortunately, to find the source of the problem and to revert everything back to normal requires a luxury neither Norms nor Machines have... time."
Go nuts on the clock work man, steam punk rawks, hands down.
Gamewiz - Thanks! I'm looking forward to sculpting the intricacies of his armor. Hope you check back for updates when you get the chance.
Rens - Glad you appreciate it!
Malus - I really wanted to do something other than the typical zbrushed demon or creature this year. They all end up looking the same to me.
Here is all I managed tonight. I cleaned up some areas that were bothering me like the arm and adjusted the silhouette slightly. I've decided that in order to use the time particles consumed by the chronophage the Doctor will have to unscrew collection tubes from the creature and plug them into his arm piece so that he can focus the particles backwards or forwards on his foe. Imagine a demon rapidly shifting into a tiny baby version and then getting squished beneath a boot or having the demon age so quickly it turns old and brittle then into dust.
When the demons and machines have been vanquished maybe the Doctor will restore order by reversing the flow of time before machines began their rebellion and bring an age of peace and prosperity for all time. Wishful thinking :P
I'm working weekends until the game ships so there will be little time for DW this year. I created this basic sculpt to get some direction on the overall style of the character. A friend of mine loved my concept and asked if he could do a paint over which I am very eager to see. It should really help me decide on how to approach the modeling for the rest of the piece.
Had to work again this weekend, but I'm still plugging away at it. My friend Steve did a killer cartoon version of my concept, so I'm going to take a similar approach with the model. We've got 10K tris to play with, why not make it nice and smooth?
Also, try and throw in a few polys for some eyelashes, often times it really sells the cartoony big eyed models
good to see you added some more rounded volumes to the face instead of just all hard creased edges
running through the pipeline before I begin the rest of the body
