Bit of a late start here, and I'm hoping to learn the whole high poly/normal map process while doing this, and still finish on time.

I'm not too sure about the proportions, seems kinda off and weak right now. But I'm thinking of having him carrying a firey spiked ball and chain type thing.

Still have a weapon to make. Was originally thinking since I've never worked with zbrush or mudbox yet I'd get most of the shape done in Max and add in details with zbrush. And since the basemesh would be fairly complete I could then just use that as the model. Does this sound like a good method or should I have tried to keep the basemesh much simpler?
