hm, good concept. One suggestion I could make has to do with the silhouette. The shape on the outside is too clean. Perhaps you could have debris or something protruding from the blob.
hey man love the ferret rider, but the ferret has some proportional issues, the torso is a bit short, and the front legs are a bit long and slenderalso they tend to carry thier butts higher than their shoulders. hope you go with that i was a split second away from doing a ferret rider myself.
Awesome sculpt, however don't the rules require the idea to be 100% your own?
As a massive fan of Brian Froud and Terry Jones book, "A field Guide to Goblins, The Goblin Companion", I recognised several elements from the book immediately.
The face is the Twarks head, the gear on the back is from the Agnes and the helm is mainly from the Muskul...
hey malus you're right I have been inspired by that froud book, I wanted to do something based on his fun style, but I see what you mean, it might be best keeping it as a personal project.
hey cheers mate, just to avoid any violation of rules I will probably just finish it as a personal project as it's too derivative of that froud book...which was my intention, to make something based on froud, but I see how it doesnt really fit with the competition.
cheers

Try getting a bit more crazy with your silhouettes, they are very plain and there are no really interesting forms sticking off them.
And you also get the gift of 100th post.
