This seemed like the best place to ask, but are there any suggestions/leads/hax0rz to get a beta key for StarCraft II ? I'm sure there are thousands of people who want in, but damnit I want it more!

I signed up for battle.net and clicked the button saying I wanted teh betas, but they haven't reponded . Is it because of my body odor?

I'm pretty sure not even a public private beta has started.

"public private beta" that term has always sounded wrong to me. Its not a full oxymoron but its very close.

public "invite only" or "exclusive" beta would sound better, but then they would sound elitist and people would feel snubbed.

Dug around Battle.net SC2 forums and found this thread, posted just a few days ago.

I've got about 30. they're locked in a secure bank account and i can't get them out without someone to co-sign.. that's where you come in -- I need someone's account information to access them.

if you send me your bank account info, i can retrieve them and I'll give you 10.

Yah, the answer to this question is basically "you wait for them to announce a beta and sign up." There are a lot of developers and people that work very hard on the games around here and we do not encourage or condone asking for early keys from these people.

I am closing this thread as it will go nowhere good.
