So! I'm going for a Demon Lord because that's cool
and I want to do something very large.
I've recently discovered Alchemy like many of you
and love the concept to start from abstract shapes, therefore I've starting to find some ones.
I've not finished yet but these are the firsts coming.

With that said I really like your ideas, its refreshing to see a change in the demons we are seeing here.
I like 10 and 15 the most.

How his "hat" (... can we name it a hat ?) is fixed on his head ? becasue I don't really get this part.

His "hat" ( it's more a beak with arms and brain which is eating some cookie
