Nice colours man! The D-rockets are much more better
in red. I like the first pose and the way she stare at something
out of the camera field. Bullet time is a good idea, but Kernel's
shapes seem to be less readable than on your first shot.
Keep it up!
cool stuff! i think your textures could be dirtied up a bit, but as for the poses i think for the final pose your glare one is probably best, its easiest to see the model. but for beauty i think the Hohoho shot is hilarious also, the kick/slash/shoot is pretty dynamic.
Yeah, she's starting to look really nice, cute face too.
The poses look good, some are a bit hard to read like B, but C (panty shot!) and F are really nice (of course A and D are good for more basic poses too).
I also think you could work some more on the diffuse, dirty up some areas a bit.
Hey, Fei! Still working? It's bed time man!
I like D and C the most. The floating pose you had in the
beggining was nice too. Kernel look more like the "shy" type
to me. She' a classy lady, not a bimbo. So I vote for "Non-Kamasutra"
poses
Your work is turning out great. Can't wait to take a family shot after
the comp' end if you are still ok. See Ya!
i dunno why, i feel kinda unpopular, posting things alone in my thread xD
Well, I'll post again, another rendering test, but i really need to work my presentation... it's not something i'm good at~
Looking good fei-rukawa, I really like this last render. I think it would read better if you brought the camera down to a slightly lower angle though. Just enough so the tail doesn't get lost in the base (image on the right). Keep it up .
wow this new render is really showing off your work well, the posts before this just didnt leave me with much to say - I wasnt sure what to suggest but it looks like youve figured out a nice rendering style
Thx guys, agree with you Ged, i'll fix that tonight, i'll also try to tweak the background...
there's also something bothering me, this is supposed to be the presentation sheet, i guess it must be real time rendered, so what i've done is not good~
Since marmoset Toolbag says my computer is too lame, i think i'll just go xnormal...
I think this one will be my final presentation sheet. It's 2 screenshots on Xnormal.
i'm working on my construction sheet...
and thinking about my beauty shot.
Hey nice finish to all the objects now. I liked it with the yellowy green lighting like in the last shot, it just looks a bit too much like flat diffuse in this image.
Oh yeah! Great work!
Cool reflects on your beauty shot.
Only one crit: I think her skin is a little to much orange tinted
and slightly plastic looking (especially on the close-up).
It may be better if you desaturate it a bit and try to make it more
"matte". You still have time for one more trial.
I like your gun shot animation (a little slow though)
I normally don't post a comment unless I've got some sort of criticism to add, but I've been following this thread for a while now and it has to be said - this entry is great !
Thank you Zwebbie!i'm glad you think that!
Ged: I just errrrr haven't thought about putting a reflection map when I was in Xnormal~
I'll try to tweak a bit more my beauty shot then try to add some reflection for my presentation shot, thx for pointing that out ^^
Garagarape : as usual, you're right, I'll try to fix her face tonight
okay here's everything in their almost final jpg :
I'll update directly in this post. I think this might be the end of my thread. Had fun doing this! Next year i'll do a big badass brainless muscle mess.
Hey garagarape; i tried to fix that face thing, but i lost the previous light setup so i made another beauty shot... can you tell me wich one you prefer?
It's not as colorfull as the first one but i got to get a matte face as you said...
Hey Fei. Her face is better on your last render me think.
Looking more matte and natural for me in the skin areas
(I only regret glossy lipstick turned off).
But the body was better on your previous shot for two reasons:
First I kind of like the reflects you had on #77 post for they where
more precise and colorfull.
Second the body had both slightly purpled tinted and blue tinted areas;
it use to have more undertones and also fit your background perfectly.
Now it has turned all blue I found it a little flat and shifted off the background.
This is only my point of view. I hope you'll have other feed-backs
to be sure about wich one to chose. Even if you are bored with
rendering, I think you should try to bring back your #77 reflects
but keeping her last "matte" face.
Good cheer!
Hi Fei !
As I can see you're almost finished with Kernel
For the Beauty Shot, I agree with Gara : the face looks really great now, but the body is better on the previous render (with nice color and reflection), you should mixed the two renders (and keep the glossy lips too ^^).
You did a nice job on this lil girl, good luck for the final round
Yeah you did it!
In the end you have to trust your own
feelings about Kernel. If you prefer her blue,
then go for it Noone can tell somebody what
is fine about women Some prefer them blue,
other prefer them purple. Your work is great anyway
don't think too much. See you.

Very classy!
thx Garagarape
I also made my construction shot and my text image
Still looking for a cool idea for my beauty shot... it can be anything
Can still change some stuff or add background, not sure yet.
And hey, suprise, Bonus:
Cool reflects on your beauty shot.

I'll put the previous one so you can compare

Congrats on finishing in time man, it really turned out great!
I'll tell your girl about that!
Oh, sorry Fei I forgot that wasn't MSN...
Allright, that's enough with her, i'm posting those officially right now
