Thanks for the input, the drawing is a bit rough and I had to take a photo of it with my phone. Other than proportion you guys think the overall idea is still good? I started some work on the model, I'll post some screenshots soon.
Anybody got some good normal mapping advice? I made a high poly mesh and a low poly but I am having trouble getting my projection map to work in max. I also tried zbrush but I don't know zbrush well enough to get anything to work. Maybe some tutorial links?

Oh yeah and the Polycount logo will be included on her uniform and on the stand.
I'm having trouble getting the images to show up also.
I still have to put the clothes on her and work on the high poly version.
