worm limbs are great, my favourite part of the concept- I think itd be good to have more of a transition into normal top half, at the moment its worms, worms, worms, person!
so, some more overall unity in the concept would be good, but it's a solid start keep at it!
I think the torso needs to blend into the tentacle legs a bit better, even though it is an abomination-type creature it looks too bitty.
Are those dreadlocks on the head? They match the legs a bit too much i reckon, maybe 'cuz the legs are cactusy you should try and incorporate some plant stylings in there?

On the head I want do tentacle as legs, but with any metal artefacts and without spikes. The tentacle legs are worm, not cactusy XD, but demon have needles stick over. thx for comment:)
hey man like the idea behind this, very nasty. the form of the head could use a little work. and if the worm parts transitioned more smoothly into the torso i think it would seem more natural. right now the connection is a little perpendicular and abrupt. worm dreads are great tho man. also being a worm, and thus boneless, his posture would look a bit more natural if he slumped over, the worm bits on his torso could use a little more wriggleyness i think as well KEEP ON IT!
Looking much better mate. The overall build of the character looks better, more believable. Maybe giving the torso tendrils more 'wriggleyness' as woogity said would help, or mixing some of the tentacles with a sort of lamprey mouth:
So, after thinking about my idea, I was persuade that my concept missing some specific unit. He is uninteresting and feeble. So I get new idea. I have only thumb, no concept, but main image about design I save in my head:)

Ugly little things but maybe giving all those tentacles some gaping maws they can take bits of hapless humans too would be cool.
