Guess I'll start my thread up. Here are some rough concepts all of which I hate. Well 6 is ok but I want to make something more organic or monstrous overall. They are all kinda mediocre at the moment so I have some more concepting to do. Too much competition out there!

Thanks guys! Guess I should say that 4 and 5 are kind of a combo. The demon princess sits on a throne on the floating island above the demon lord as it rains death acid over the battle field! There isn't the budget to do all that. I don't even think I would have the budget to make the demon lord by himself with all those tentacles.

Ok I think I'm gonna go with this guy. I just got a new monitor and I dont think its working out too good. If the image looks jacked up (besides my crappy concept skills :P ) lemme know. Hopefully its not to dark or anything.

The values look good to me. The pants are really dark on my screen, but not quite black. I will take some of your concept skillz if you're not happy with them hah.

In any case, his legs are a bit stumpy.. that's the only thing that's standing out right now.

Looks cool to me, man, on my screen everything looks "normal." Curious, are you planning to make this guy a cleric or some kind of demon prince - abomination sort of dude?

Kamui: Thanks for the comments. Hopefully the legs will make more sense in the model. Hes not wearing pants but has more goat like legs with armor and demonic feet.

Gav: At first I was thinking cleric but now I'm going demon prince. Hes one of 6 and he carries his 5 dead brothers souls in the green canisters. The souls add to his power. I'll have to play with the placement of all 5 canisters during the modeling but for its just the 2 in the concept.

sweet concepts Bryan, the contrast on them looks good on my monitor. I really like the flat white colour on the last ones face, looks like it could be dried white mud or something. Maybe his armour is a bit too strictly themed?

I like the latest guy the most, he's got some great features. I'm also a fan of number 2 in your thumbs though, he looks interesting.
