Hey everyone,

Reserving a spot, and will post thumbnails later on tonight (I was told I had to or else I'm a lazy American). Working on making a Demon Prince or Lord, very frosty and cyborg looking.

I like the left and middle ones in the bottom row. Not sure whats going on with the middle ones feet but the silhouette looks cool. The later designs seems much stronger so keep doing lots more and you'll come up with crazy shapes and designs after a bit of warmup.

Wester : Yeah I think I'm gonna go Demon Lord after all. The idea I got is to make him look cyborg, with an armor that leeches souls. Some sort of intake, maybe on the shoulders or small tiny ones all over his arms.

Fethry: Thanks for your input, I was going very elemental hovering looking feet for that middle one, don't exactly know how that would look tbh lol but well see what I can bust out.

Woke up and made some more thumbs, very frosty and ice crystals. Maybe crystal hovering thing, or crystal armor legs?

I like the second to the top one. I like how he's hovering. and it'd look so sweet if he had some ice crystals hovering around him...good idea. but not just randomly...like above his head or something..pointing to his head.

Yeah thanks buddy, I'm going with the crystal idea. Here is my first concept, gonna have crystals make the majority of his bone structure, like the spine and such leading up to the head growing out of it. Here is a standing version, gonna do a hovering one. Btw I'm stealing your way of workflow, cause I dig it so much!

I like the first one, he's looking like a real badass. Two is cool too but not as much. You have great drawing skills i'd like to see what you come up with.

I like the second post from the bottom. The latest one looks like Tasmanian devil with the tornado as his legs.

Wester: yeah I was thinking like a tornado of crystals I guess? but I dunno, I'm still not liking the lower part of the body, here are some more quick ones I did during Critical Thinking class....yaawn.

Alright, I think this is the direction I'm going for. Gonna bust out some head concepts later.



I still don't know what to do, to make the legs more interesting. Any ideas?

Well haven't posted in a while but today I decided to continue where I finished. Did some color work on the demon guy I'm going for, I also made a backstory on 3 pages which I'm not posting here lol. It's a prince who got banished from his land, and punished by his king the father for a crime he never did. He was given to a sorceress who sacrificed his soul to the Lord Demon of arctic waste lands. The prince died, and was resurrected as a ice elemental demon. He was named Yakhzad (the ice-born).
