He looks like he could use some aspirin
No but seriously though, I feel more sorry for him then intimidated. He just looks like he is on some mad pain. Looks awesome!
i love your style, but the hands and head seem to have grown when you translated the concept to 3d, reminds me of a miniature right now i liked the more massive feel of the 2d.
really cool concept. I agree with Muzz. watch out for that horn on his back. he wouldn't be able to rotate his arms or his torso with it like that. Maybe make it so that the horn isn't solid in the center and is movable. You are really sticking with your concept well on the 3d side of things though, which is a good thing. im excited to see more.
Nice work empty, the color balance for me feels good. Maybe a bit more yellow tones in your greens. I think the top skull of his staff (the one with the horns) could be scaled up slightly to give more of a tapering effect of the skulls getting smaller as they progress down the length of the staff.
Keep it up, it looks like you are reaching the home stretch
Great piece man, especially pulling out some great details and style on the texture work! Maybe give a few polys to the base to pull out the rocks, as they seem flat and can use some love.
Alright I'm calling it done. The compression I had to do to get the file size down sucks. Headed back home for a while so I won't be able to work anymore on it. Its been fun guys. Greentooth FTW!

I like the guy without the horns. haha
I LOVE the whole banner donned on the back thing going on, supporting the greentooth! Amazing detail overall. Dayumn.

I likes it alot, keep it coming! Those hors restrict his arm movement behind his back though, watch out for that.

It's coming along nicely man
id like to see some closeups... please...
Here is my low poly. The normals and AO need lots of cleanup still.
And here is a closeup of the back. I'll put together a proper screen shot of my high poly mesh eventually.
really liek the modeling! coming along nicely!
Playing around with some colors.
