Hey mate,
looks like your stalkin me its Dylock from Cgsociety/Maxforums , I defected aswell to the green. Lovin bottom 2 and top lefty, Look forward to what you come up with.
Gav - Heh. I will be chasing you all the way I am sure
machuca - Thanks. I might explore that one some more
Scrumpy/Dylock - Who is following who ?!?!? :P Thanks
So I have done a ton of these. here is another quick sheet and a 15 minute paintover of one to see if it is a workable process for me. New to Alchemy but loving it. I get very stuck in the same things and it helps me to break out a little at least.
Ok after a ton of sketching this is the direction I am going to go. He will have more lashed on armor and chains and stuff ripping into his flesh and such but this is the general vibe. All changes subject to lack of skill and laziness
Inpw - Thanks. I might go that route before I finish.
I had a chance to do a ittle sculpting this morning. About 90 minutes or so. Trying to get the masses in and the overall idea. He will have armor and such so I won't go too deep on this until I figure that all out. Not a clue what the head will be.
is stronger than what you are currently blocking in. He's got an awesome crustacean feel and really looks like an ass-kicker
But, if you're set on the guy you're modeling, I think making the legs a little longer and a little more narrow could look cool. It would also make him look more mobile, right now I don't know if he could do more than waddle at 2mph
True enough Jeremy. Now you have me rethinking my idea. I shall think about it. My concern with the other guy was I felt he looked a little small but maybe I should go that route.
I have not had much of a chance to touch this guy. I worked out some ideas at lunch today. I liked it at first but now I think he has too much. In the end he won't be symmetrical either. I think he needs some lower armor as that is where he will be hit the most and I haven't a clue onthe head yet.
Well I have had next to no time to work on this. I redid the base mesh since I had more of an idea where it was going and started a real sculpt. Nothing fancy.
hey man thats looking much bettet, the new legs are definatly a huge improvement, the new arms are very nasty too i hope you can figure out what u want as far as gear goes. also i think the blade head is the way to go, i would keep working on it tho
Hey J! Yeah man, those legs compliment the model A LOT better, in my opinion. Gives it a better shape. C looks awesome, it's different and pretty menacing

keep it up
Vig - Yeah I need to figure out a lot more on that one. I like the shape but it needs some personality.
My evening doodles. Hard to do on my laptop
Some nice thumbs in here, looking forward to see which one you decide on
