I agree I bet the view from under that thing is NOT a pretty picture...

It's a cool idea, I say try to develop it futher

That looks kind of cool, it's almost like the tentacles are swirls of smoke or something. I assume you're going the Demon/Lord route? You could probably get a lot more detail in your concepts if you didn't use a brush that has so much blurry/fuzziness to it, and with a low opacity (around 25-35). I used a blurred brush in the first Unearthly Challenge and it really held back my concept. Hope this helps.

A late update, got so busy with exams but hopefully will finish before the deadline, I'm not sure about the wings, I might remove them later.

EDIT: after a second look, I decided to change the structure of the leg, I will add more curve and an extra limb.
