test bake, i have to resculpt some stuff (the breast plate sculpt sux) and add a few polygons (only using 9000)

Good start, I like the pose although the lower half needs more drama. Unless you're insisting on a humanoid dude you could perhaps try expanding his shape with more creature-like stuff down there? Either way, I'm looking forward to this.

oooo a monicle would be nice, or some glasses low on his beak . already like where its going with the pocketwatch, but right now his wep looks like onea those things used to get pizzas out of the oven. i cant wait to see what you decide to do with it.

also i think the arms aren't working yet, is definitely more space for pimping, but overall i like the direction, i think the final will rock

Not trying to be all negative, as your concept is fucken rad. But your current concept reminds me of a re-skinned version of your last year's entry. Has very similar proportions and armour. At the end of the day, there isn't anything wrong with that, but I guess I was just a little surprised not seeing something fresh from you.

@ casey + Don: I don't think the proportions are similar. I did the armor on purpose, I want to see how much further i can push it. You will see what i mean when i show the first highpoly pics
