Hello polycounters. Time for me to stop lurking and start posting some work so here I am ready for Dominance War!
My initial idea is to make melee wielding Demon Princess/Norm Warlord in a heavy organic armor. Propably gonna give her some kind of a bodysuit underneath the armor and add a lot of straps. Looks quite generic and Unrealish atm so I need to explore the designs more, do some sideviews and play with asymmetry. I numbered them and marked the ones I liked.

I like number 6. The armor is very nice, but however not very organic if that's your aim. Infact most of the armors don't look organic because they're very symmetrical and lack features that are easily associated with living things. The 3 is also interesting. The shoulders have very organic feel to them, like a critter sitting on her shoulders.

Your fav, 3rd is interesting style. I prefer arms of the 7th more, but the proportions are better in 3rd. I like 4 most If you consider the top left end as womans head and the body as some sort of gimp suit like alien orga... I mean it reminds me of GLaDOS or a twisted body sack.

#6 is my absolute favourite of them all. The hanging spikes look great and I like the gloves very much.
Maybe you could fix together different leg pieces from two different concepts to create more organic looking armor. There are alot of armors which sort of 'fit' together.
Oh and page 3, #1 has great legs. Hind legs rock.

3 on page 2 - fav myself.

The spiky design seemed stronger than the rest so I went to refine that a bit more and came up with these. On the last page I photoshopped together the parts I thought were the best. Propably gonna go with those and do some more detailed sketches now. Still not sure about her weapon, I was thinking maybe a staff but we'll see.
As for the body, I like the one you've presented as your favourite combination. Its very good. I would ditch the loincloth, not very fitting. Unless you do some spiky loin...thing.. simliar to what roman armor has in front?

Mebbe Moloch horridus would be nice additional inspiration vs tropical fish. Depends on what kind are you really aiming for.
