Valencia next week

I'm going on a work-related-trip to Valencia. Got hired to shoot massive amounts of architectural reference there
So I got a few days to do other stuff besides shoot reference.
Just checkin up if there are any cool spots and things to do there you can recommend. Lots of cool buildings of course and I've heard there is some sort of festivity in march, Fallas? Any general advice on going to Spain, like where to get the best food and such, muchos appreciated!
