Actually, wasn't it more about them not giving back her money? I heard pieces of this on the radio (and can't watch that vid here at work), so I could be missing something here. Either way, a fucked up reason to call 911. I really hope my life doesn't end because my wife couldn't get to an operator due to some bitch wanting her nuggets!

She should have called their corporate number, not the police. Part of the blame really is the McD's though, she paid for a specific product and if they cant provide that product shes owed her money back.
