Photoshop dissapearing from alt-tab?

I believe a few people have had this happen to them as well, but googling doesn't reveal any answers (or mentions of the problem). Photoshop just seems to dissapear from alt-tab every now and again, which is an obstacle I could personally do without.
I'm guessing it has something to do with the screen modes (what you toggle when you press F), as it only seems to happen if I use them, and fucking around with them (by scrolling through them again and randomyl switching between files, usually) fixes it.
This is under Windows xp64, using Photoshop CS2 (9.0.2), this is before the introduction of the new UI (in CS3), so maybe that fixes it, but we're not planning on upgrading anytime soon.
It's just a small irritation, but if anyone knows of anything I could do prevent it from happening, please let me know!

AFAIK there is no fix, it's just some weird bug. I always have to get it back through the taskbar.
Never had the problem with win XP.
