[FONT="]The Shader/Lighting/Rendering specialist role requires a broad understanding of fundamental lighting, camera and material concepts, as applied to both real-time and pre-rendered techniques. Experience creating effective real-time shaders is also a pre-requisite. [/FONT]
[FONT="]The Technical Artist is responsible for developing, documenting and supporting the art pipelines and techniques used by the art and animation teams. Working directly with Senior Art and Code Leads, the role requires an ability to understand and communicate technical issues from an aesthetic point of view. The Technical Artist is expected to train Artists in new techniques, author scripted tools to streamline new and existing workflows and ensure that completed art assets are engine-legal. [/FONT]
[FONT="]The ideal candidate will have production-proven videogame experience and preferably an art/design related background, together with solid foundation in current console art techniques. [/FONT]

- [FONT="]Good 3DS Max knowledge base[/FONT]
- [FONT="]Shader authoring experience (HLSL/CG)[/FONT]
