strange unreal editor screenshot problem

ok so i've been noticing this happening when ever i start working with the editor. whenever i work with unreal and check the unreal screenshot folder in the my documents/my games area, i find screenshots of what i was working on(screens of when i was moving stuff in the editor, working in the materials, kismet work, and all that).

has anyone experienced this before because its starting to be a little annoying to have to search for the screenshot i actually made among the thousands of screenshots taken from my work.

From what it sounds like, it seems you might have key bindings you are not well aware of, F9 and PrintScreen take screenshots. So check if you have any other programs opened or your keyboard keys might not be working properly.

no its nothing like that all my keys are working fine. as for other programs being open i always have other programs running, but this only started happenin about a month and a half ago, and i've had it for about half a year now. also the F9 and printscreen things are completely different from what i'm talking about. the screenshots i mean are the type you can take straight from the game or the editor and unreal makes a folder for itself in the mydocuments folder. the same as if you were to type the "shot" command during gameplay

thats really weird man, do you have anything like Fraps running? i remember when i had that and was playin a game it had keys bound on quick load and save for stop and start recording.....all of a sudden i was like uhhh why do I only have 2 gb of hdd space left....unbeknownst to me fuckin fraps had recorded 58 gb of video.

other than that i dunno dude, you said there are shots of you moving things and making mats, which would only really be captureable with print screen no? as the screen shot function only takes a snap of whats running in the engine....

well man if you figure it out post'er up what it was Im sure others will run into this issue as well.

ok another strange update i just tested right now and i get a screen shot anytime that i click on window, even when i move stuff and all that

is this hinting anyone as why i'm getting this

Try deleting your LOD_Cache files, and restart your Editor and see how it reacts.

ok so mazix was kinda right about the F9 thing. but it doesn't take screens it toggles screenshots to be taken by left clicking
