I know the other week, someone posted a computer with an expandable display, which this one has a different variation on, but this ALSO has a wacom pad built in. I'm not sure it's worth the dough, but I like the idea if it feels right.
i bought the gateway 141x convertable tablet pc and love it. I think the current model is 143x. Drawing on the wacom screen is a joy. Like having a cintiq built in. Great investment for me.

why not get rid of the touch pad alltogether and make one touch / wacom pad?

How's the battery life and heat output on that? I'm wary when they choose to call them notebooks instead of laptops
not a bad price though. I've been pretty happy with the gateway I bought my wife.

Plus it is so awesome with painter x, psd and art rage as well. No lag, very seldom callibration is needed. great machine.
