The modeling is nice, but I'm going to have to attack the design a bit. You are designing using way too many primitive shapes, throw in some cooler shapes and mix it up. A good source of inspiration for that would be to have a browse through robogabos sketchbook on ca.org. Though i must say the main problem is that the proportions don't have a nice feel to them, the torso is the same size as the body and it just doesn't look good. Not to mention the pelvis makes it look like it is in a constant pelvis thrust! mmmm uber pelvis thrust...
I like it, its nice and simple, though Muzz makes some good points. Find a bit of purpose to the pelvis (beside thrusting ofcourse), and maybe bend the shins a bit? They look a bit stiff.
