I need your help guys! This is urgent!
I have a grid mesh I need to wrap on top of another mesh, but the verts must only move in one axis (down, Y)
So basically in the top view I don't want the mesh to change, just move the verts down to the surface below.....
The transfer attribute command in Maya mvoes my vertecies along the normal of my target mesh and the same goes for this script I tried (fitMorph)
Any ideas, scripts or programs? Can Max do this maybe?

I'm stuck again. I used conform and it worked fine, but this one object doesn't. It just moves the whole object down to the center of my "wrap-to" object.....
any ideas?
