ORGANIZE A TEAM FOR VIDEO GAMES

Hello,

Excuse me if my english is not very good because I'm from Spain and my English level is basic.

Along with a few friends are developing an internet site that I trying to provide an area web tutorials to hang on many different items.
To give greater attention, we have designed a world of his characters and environments. When the web is already in operation had thought make a game with this characters.
I have not much idea of programming or modeling, but I'm the one who organizes the team shortly. So my question is this:

I would like to know, in general terms, we need to make this game (programmers, illustrators, etc.) and how we organize ourselves to be able to do? So I could create the team.

Thanks to all and congratulations on the forum.

We made a single-level "game" in our last year of university, but the only advice I can give you from my experience is that your programmers need to be well versed in Microsoft Visual Studio, and should be more than two. Because we had 4 programmers, and two of them were worthless morons and our "game" suffered greatly from that.

completely depends on magnitude of the game and the engine you use, there is plenty middleware where less hardcodre coding is needed.
