some crits:
- very geometrical shapes at some parts - almost straight extrusions
- textres are very flat (hardly any contrast in them,- obvious AO bake makes it look as if the software did more of a texture job as you yourself
- not much color variation its basicly 3 colors: green, brownish and blue and all very washed out so they get even closer to each other making it almost 1 blurry soup

Huge size is mostly because of the 16 bit lightmaps that i used i think.

RNM = Radiosity Normal Map. Its a methos that used in Halflife 2 for lighting normal maps with 3 directional lightmap.
