Yeah, I got this too. I thought it was something i had done since i was searching for C++ help and thought Google was being over-protective about displaying code/scripts on linked pages.
Then I realised it was happening to everything! Seems fixed now though.
Weird thing was, when i was testing it during the breakage, searching "lol" returned normal results (no warnings) but searching "loll" listed every result as harmful. Same for "pie" and "pi" (pi was harmful, pie listed no warnings). No idea what must have broken for that to happen, but it sure was weird!

EDIT: seems to be if you search for more than one word you'll get that problem, I thought it was my pc hijacked at first lol

I had a browser hijack a while back that was hijacking google, yahoo, live, ask jeeves and a bunch of other search engines.
but alta vista was just fine
